Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph and open-model deployment experience valued.
3+ years of Dynamics 365 experience across Sales, Customer Service or Field Service. Deliver implementation, configuration, customisation and ongoing enhancements. Plugin development, workflow automation and integration experience required. Customer Insights experience and active Microsoft certifications preferred.
3+ years of Dynamics 365 ERP functional experience across Business Central, Finance or Supply Chain Management. Active Microsoft certifications required. Contribute to implementations, requirements analysis, configuration, testing, process improvements and ongoing support.
3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience, including AL development and functional configuration. Strong understanding of finance, inventory and operations modules. Experience developing extensions and integrations required. Active Microsoft certifications preferred.
3+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical experience. Strong X++ development, customisation and integration skills. Experience with Azure DevOps, data management frameworks and application lifecycle tools required. Active Microsoft certifications required.
3+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow. Active Salesforce certifications required. Contribute to implementations, development, integrations and ongoing support. Agentforce and Einstein experience valued.
