FAQ’s Scaleable Campaign

You can get Scaleable Campaign directly from Microsoft App Source(link of app source) or visit our website, it will redirect you to the download link of the solution

You must have Dynamics 365 Sales version 9.0 or above to get Scaleable Campaign.

Go to Scaleable Campaign Solution, there you will find the registration icon on the Site map. Tap on registration icon, registration screen will appear fill out all the required fields then select your package or get a free trial.

It is recommended to create a non-interactive user to avoid hitting your API limit. Follow the link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-users-assign-online-security-roles#create-a-non-interactive-user-account to create a Non Interactive user.

Login to your Active Campaign account. Go to settings, click on developer here you will see the URL & Access Key Copy & Paste it.

Make sure you have submitted your registration form with valid email address and a subscription plan is selected. Check your spam folder for invoice.
