FAQs Scaleable Forms For Sales

Scaleable Forms is an integration of Dynamics 365 Sales with Typeform (a great tool to Engage your audience by conversational forms & surveys). Scaleable Forms helps you to get back your responses, of contact, account, lead or any other form entities back to Sales.

You can get Scaleable Forms directly from Microsoft App Source(link of app source) or visit our website, it will redirect you to the download link of the solution  www.scaleablesolutions.com/scaleable-forms

You must have Dynamics 365 Sales version 9.0 or above to get Scaleable Forms.

Go to Scaleable Forms Solution, there you will find the registration icon on the Site map. Tap on registration icon, registration screen will appear fill out all the required fields then select your package or get a free trial.

From Registration, select trial to get a 7 days free trial for 500 responses and unlimited configurations in Scaleable Forms.

You will receive invoice on Email Address and Alternative Email Address provided in the registration form if you choose a subscription plan other than free trial.

Make sure you have submitted your registration form with valid email address and a subscription plan is selected. Check your spam folder for invoice.

From your Invoice email, Click on Pay this invoice. Click on “Payoneer”. Fill in your Card details to proceed the payment.

We are using Payoneer as payment gateway for more details follow the link www.payoneer.com

Status will change to paid as soon as payment is received by Scaleable solution. Moreover, you will be able to use the app for 5 days after subscription.

Login to your Typeform account. Go to settings, under profile select Personal tokens. Click on Generate a new token. Copy and save the PAT.

Typeform responses will be directly saved in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 org. Scaleable Solutions do not save any Typeform responses.

Following may be the reasons:

  1. Make sure that you have saved the Typeform PAT in configuration Tab.
  2. Make sure the Typeform PAT provided during registration is correct.
  3. If you have lost your PAT you can always generate a new PAT from your Typeform account and update it in Scaleable Forms.
  4. Make sure that the Scope of your Typeform PAT allow you to read the forms and responses.
  5. Make sure that PAT belongs to your account.

Assign Scaleable Form Admin or Scaleable Form Service role to your current user.

Simply checkout Scaleable Forms User Guide (provide link) and follow step by step instructions to map fields with Typeform questions or watch (getting stated video link)

For lookup fields, you can add filters to search record by the filtered field. To add filter, select the mapping field and Click Add Filter, then select field and Typeform question. Click Add Mapping. (Screen shot)

You can set Sync. Duration (3 or 6 hours) in configuration. The synchronization of your responses will take place after every 3 or 6 hours in accordance with the selected time.

Those fields will be considered as unmapped fields. You can save unmapped fields by setting save unmapped field “Yes” on forms configuration.

The rest of the fields that are not mapped to specified fields are saved as Type Form Fields in the record.

From Forms Configuration, open your other form configuration (where entity is “other”) Click on Related tab and open Other Form responses.

There is no limit on configuration. You can create as many as you need.

On configuration, set Previous Sync. “On” and set the Start Date from which you want to get the responses. The previous responses from selected date will be synced to Dynamics 365.

To get back your responses:

  1. Registration should not be expired.
  2. Responses of configured form must be submitted in published version.
  3. The PAT must be saved correctly.
  4. If the PAT is updated, the new PAT should also belong to the same Typeform Account.
  5. The Scope of PAT must allow to read responses.
  6. The Configuration should not be expired. (Check Configuration expiry)
  7. If the responses are submitted before the creation of configuration, previous sync should be “yes” and set the start date accordingly.
  8. Scaleable Form Service Role or Scaleable Form Admin Role must be assigned to the user.

During the synchronization of responses, some responses may not sync back to Dynamics 365. For example, if the response does not follow the validation rules etc. Those responses will be sent to Configuration errors.

Click on Configuration errors, the configurations having errors will be available. Open the Configuration the effected responses will be available with the error details.

From registration chose your new plan and Click Submit. An Invoice for the new plan will be received on your provided email address.

You’ll receive an email and the responses will not get back to Dynamics 365 when your package is expired.

Scaleable Forms is an integration of Dynamics 365 Business Central with Typeform (a great tool to Engage your audience by conversational forms & surveys). Scaleable Forms helps you to get back your responses, of Contact, Companies, Opportunity or any other form back to Business Central.

You can get Scaleable Forms directly from Microsoft App Source or visit our website, it will redirect you to the download link of the solution.

You must have Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central version 15.0 or above to get Scaleable Forms

Before Registration you must have a Typeform Account and the PAT (Personal Access Token). Change Role Center to Scaleable Forms, there you will find the registration Tile. Tap on registration, fill out all the required fields, click Next, then select your package or get a free trial, click next, insert your Typeform PAT, Check I agree with terms and conditions and submit.
